Dr. Pinckney has made significant strides in her career, holding the esteemed position of President at Dantli Corp since 2006. Under her leadership, her firm has seen remarkable growth and development, showcasing her exceptional skills in business development and team leadership. Recognized as a premier management consulting company, Dantli Corp has been awarded over 115 contracts from the Federal and State Governments over the past decade. Among a range of services, Dr. Pinckney and her team primarily provide foreign language and sign language interpretation, courier, and personnel support services. In 2023, her firm was granted the official registered service mark from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for their company logo in the U.S. and over 75 foreign countries.
Before launching Dantli Corp, Dr. Pinckney was a proposal writer and manager for various companies across Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia from 2005 to 2019. Her expertise in crafting compelling proposals significantly contributed to her success in this field. Earlier in her career, Dr. Pinckney worked as a Proposal Manager at the company formerly known as Jorge Scientific Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in securing contracts and fostering business growth. She also garnered success as a Quality Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc.
Dr. Pinckney’s academic background has been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 2004, a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications and Marketing from Austin Peay State University in 2012, and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies and a Doctor of Ministry in Theology and Ministerial Studies from the Peace Multicultural Theological Seminary (PMTS) in 2022. Dr. Pinckney is continuing her studies and pursuing a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine to further enhance her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Apart from her degrees, her certifications include a Master Certificate in Strategies for Growing Businesses from Harvard University in 2014 and licensure and certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in Maryland.
Dr. Pinckney’s efforts have been recognized through several awards, including The Wall Street Journal (July 2024 Edition), Marquis Who’s Who, the Top 100 MBE Award in 2014 and the Unbreakable Spirit Award by Bold, Brave & Beautiful in 2016. Her business also garnered accolades, such as a Minority Business Enterprise of the Year Award in 2018 and a Women Business Enterprise of the Year Award by Baltimore County in 2018.
